The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: law on the administration of houses in Uptown Management Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2009, No 14) the following amendments: 1. Add to article 6 of the fifth with the sentence as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers rules of These requirements do not apply to viendzīvokļ homes."
2. Supplement article 8, fourth subparagraph with the sentence as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers rules of These requirements do not apply to viendzīvokļ homes."
3. in article 13: make the first paragraph by the following: "(1) a Person shall be entitled to make the task of managing apartment buildings when it acquired the residential management professional education required, and at least the fourth level of professional qualification certificate, except in the cases provided for in this article. If the Manager is a legal person, the Uptown managing the necessary professional training and at least the fourth level of professional qualification certificate requires that an employee of the legal person, who carries out the management contract management tasks assigned to the House concerned. ";
to supplement the article with a fifth by the following: "(5) a Person who has not attained the specified in this article, the Uptown managing the necessary professional training, but which has the practical work experience in the management of residential homes, have the right to require that the law is recognized in the professional competence of its Uptown management appropriate for a particular manager's level of professional qualifications, the Manager get professional competence certificate."
4. transitional provisions: replace paragraph 5 in number and the word "6" with numbers and words "in point 6 and 6.1";
replace the 6 numbers and the words "31 December 2011" with numbers and the words "30 June 2012";
transitional provisions be supplemented by 6.1 points by the following: "6.1 The article 13 of the law referred to in the fifth subparagraph, the person is entitled to continue the Uptown management after July 1, 2012, if professional competence assessment results to 30 June 2012 for the law has acquired professional qualification document certifying the Manager the third professional qualification level.";
Replace paragraph 9, the words "in numbers and 30 June 2010" with the figures and the words "30 June 2011";
Replace in paragraph 11, the words "and the numbers 2011 January 1" with numbers and the words "January 1, 2012.
