The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the European Union's structural and cohesion funds in the law to make the European Union's structural funds and the cohesion fund management law (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2007, no. 6, no. 2, 2009; Latvian journal 2010, nr. 34) following amendment: article 29: to supplement the first subparagraph following the words "restricted access information" and the number "except this article is part of the event referred to in 3.1;
Add to article 3.1 part as follows: "(31) if the European Union fund project application submitted to direct public administration institution or society integration fund, project submission thing is generally available information, other than the project budget summary, including indicative project cost plan. Information on the Foundation of the European Union project is available from the freedom of information law and order after the European Union funds the project closing date for the submission of the application. "
