The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of the territory planning Amendments to make the spatial planning Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 13; 2003; 2005, nr. 10, 5. No; 2007, 10, 24 no; 2008, no. 24; Latvian journal, 2010, 40 no.) following amendment: to supplement article 7 of the first paragraph with paragraph 5 by the following: "5) down the national importance of agriculture areas and their conditions of use."
The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
The Parliament adopted the law in 2010 on September 2.
