The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the development planning act to do the systems development planning system in the law of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2008, no. 13; Latvian journal, 2010, 51 no) following amendment: Add to article 12 with a tenth the following: "(10) in the first and in the third year after the parliamentary elections the Prime Minister reports to Parliament on the State of sustainable development and the sustainable development strategy for the period in question."
The law in the Parliament adopted the 2010 October 28.
