The Saeima has adopted and the President issued the following law: amendments to the law "on compulsory social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases" make law "on compulsory social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1996, nr. 1; 1997, no. 3; 1998; 2000, no. 21, no. 2, no. 1; 2001; 2005, no. 2; 2009, 1., no. 15; Latvian journal, 2009, 200. No.) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the ninth article 20 the introductory part, the words "paid from State pension special budget".
2. transitional provisions: replace paragraph 10 in numbers and words "in 2009 and in 2010" with the words and figures "from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2013";
transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 16: "16. Remuneration for loss of capacity for which the beneficiary by 2010 31 December granted a retirement pension, which is paid from the State budget, by that date the compensation for the loss of functional capacity shall continue to pay the services, or the costs of conversion the extension of certain time."
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The Parliament adopted the law on 20 December 2010.
