No.) to make such an amendment: article 6 of the third paragraph as follows: "(3) For bulky and heavy transport authorisation (article 5 of this law 6.1) duty payable. Government fees, payment arrangements and exemptions are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. National fee including the State general revenue. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The Parliament adopted the law on 20 December 2010.
