The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of the protection zone Established to make laws (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1997, nr. 6; 2002; 2003, No 7, No 15; 2005, no. 15; 2008, 8. no; 2009, 12. no) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words "the whole law Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency" (fold) with the words "public limited liability company" Latvian environment , geology and Meteorology Centre "(the fold).
2. Replace the entire law, except for the transitional provisions, the words "Ministry of environment" (fold) with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry" (fold).
3. Replace article 6, fourth paragraph, the words "Environment Ministry after coordination with the regional development and Municipal Affairs Ministry" with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry".
4. Replace the words "in article 67 regional development and local government Ministry after coordination with the Ministry of environment" with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry".
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
