The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on fire protection and fire-fighting to make fire and fire in the law of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 23; 2003, 2, 13, no. 23; 2004, nr. 9; 2005, 2., no. 14; 2006, no. 14, no. 3; 2008; Latvian journal, 2010. No.) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the second paragraph of article 10.1, the words "or the national fire and rescue service officer".
2. Turn off 1.1 of article 14 paragraph, the words "until the State fire and rescue service department arrival time".
3. turn off transitional provisions of paragraph 6.
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The law adopted by the Parliament in December 16, 2010.
