The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on environmental impact assessment" make law "on environmental impact assessment" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, nr. 23; 2001, no. 13, no. 15; 2003; 2004, nr. 7; 2005, 20. No; 2007, nr. 14; Latvian journal 2010, nr. 102) following amendment: replace the words "throughout the Act the Ministry of the environment" (fold) with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry" (fold).
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The law adopted by the Parliament in December 16, 2010.
