The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on regional development making regional development Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, no. 9; 2003, 2, 6; 2005, nr. 8. No; 2006, no. 15; 2007, 12, no. 24, no. 1, 2009, the Latvian journal 2010, nr. 43) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words "the whole law, regional development and local government Ministry" (fold) with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry" (fold).
2. To replace the words "the whole law, regional development and local Government Minister" (fold) with the words "the protection of the environment and Minister for regional development" (fold).
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The law adopted by the Parliament in December 16, 2010.
