The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on the privatization of land in rural areas" to make the law "on the privatization of land in rural areas" (the Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1992,/33./34.nr. in 1993, 32;/19.nr.; 18. The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, nr. 1; 1995, no 2; in 1996, 1., no. 15; 1997, no. 2; 2001, no. 22; 2003, no. 9; 2005, no. 24; 2007, nr. 14) the amendments are as follows: 1. Article 30: replace the first paragraph, the words "the County Council (district, City Hall)" with the words "County Hall";
make the second paragraph by the following: "District Council examine the application. If the Earth's future purpose specified in the application, does not conflict with the district municipal territory planning approved and acquired legal force under the Cabinet of Ministers regulations issued by local authorities for planning and compliance with this law, the third subparagraph of article 28 and article 29, those limitations, District Council 20 days to give consent to the taking of land owned. Consent expressed in the form of a certificate, signed by a District Council Chairman. Also appearing on the certificate trading estate in the land use purpose. 2. Express article 33, first subparagraph as follows: "If this law article 28, first paragraph, point 3 of the incorporated companies share capital referred to changes that result in incorporated companies no longer complies with this law, article 28, first paragraph, point 3-conditions for this to land further incorporated companies preservation month must receive the consent of the District Council in article 30 of this law. The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
