The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the General Education Act in the General Education Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1999, 14, 17, 21; 2000, no. 15, no. 19; 2002, nr. 24; 2004, nr. 20; 2005, no. 14, no. 22; 2007; 2008; 2009, 23 no. 2., no. 14; Latvian journal, 2009, no. 196) following amendment: Express transitional provisions in paragraph 13 by the following: ' 13.2011 State and local education authorities established teachers pay no premiums, but their material incentives and benefits shall be carried out in accordance with State and local officials and employees of the institutions of the law of compensation. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The Parliament adopted the law on 23 December 2010.
