The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the Latvian Code of administrative offences in the Latvian Code of administrative offences the following amendment: Add to transitional provisions with the following paragraph 18: "18. Penalties that particular part of the code of administrative offences provided for in municipal institutions started until 31 December 2011, including municipal budget."
The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
The Saeima adopted the law on 20 January 2011.
