The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on Declaration of residence make the law on Declaration of residence (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 16; 2003; 2006, nr. 9, 9. No; 2007, nr. 20; 2009, 2., no. 15; Latvian journal, 2009, 182, 196. No.) the amendments are as follows: 1. Article 13: make the first paragraph by the following: "(1) the Cabinet of Ministers shall lay down the arrangements for the Administration and the administrative authority in the territory of residence of the person declared or registered, provide information to the natural or legal persons for persons declared or registered residence. ';
make the third paragraph as follows: "(3) the Cabinet of Ministers shall lay down the arrangements for the administration by the property owner or his authorized person free of charge provide the property owner or his authorised person details of persons having their residence or registered declared his property, and the amount of messages to be given."

3. Turn off the transitional provisions of paragraph 10.
The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
The Saeima adopted the law on 20 January 2011.
