The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the safety of goods and Services Act to make the safety of goods and Services Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, nr. 10; 2005, 14 no, no 3; 2008) to make such an amendment: article 11, the second subparagraph by the following: "(2) the market surveillance regulations and composition of the Council is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, including one representative of the Ministry of the economy Ministry of health, Ministry of welfare, the Ministry of agriculture and environment and the Ministry of regional development, from the respective market surveillance authorities and the State revenue service's main customs administration and the food and veterinary service. "
The Parliament adopted the law of 10 February 2011.
