The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on lotteries and gambling fee and tax" make law "on lotteries and gambling fee and tax" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, nr. 14; 1995, no. 22, no. 9; 1997; 1999, 17, no. 24; 2001, 15, 24 no; 2003, 2, 15, 20, 23 no; 2005, No 14; 2007 8. no; 2009, no. 14) the following amendments: 1. in article 3: replace the first subparagraph of paragraph 1 and 2, the number "9600" with the number "10" 560;
Replace paragraph 3 of the first paragraph, the number "1680" by number "1920".
2. in article 5: make the second paragraph as follows: "the gambling operator before the first date of each month to notify Lotteries and gambling supervisory inspection operational for the slot machines and gaming tables, the number of the month each licensed gambling location.";
to supplement the article with a new third subparagraph by the following: "slot machines or table games gambling Organizer calendar month may move to another gambling venue, without changing the second part of this article, the time limit referred to in the total reported number of slot machines and gaming tables in each specific gaming location.";
consider past the third paragraph of the article the fourth.
3. Turn off the article 15.
4. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 12: ' 12. Amendment relating to article 15 of this law shall enter into force the exclusion of July 1, 2011. "
The law shall enter into force on 1 June 2011.
The Parliament adopted the law in 2011 on April 14.
