The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law "on amendments to the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications" make law "on regulated professions and recognition of professional qualifications" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no. 15; 2003, 23, no; 2004, nr. 13; 2006, 1., no. 24; 2008, 3, nr. 16; Latvian journal 2010, 19, nr. 99; 24. in 2011, no.) the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 1 to 1.1 in the following wording: "11) the internal market information system — European Commission managed information exchange system, which is implemented in Member States of the European Union and the European economic area, the institution responsible for administrative cooperation between the European Union's internal market of the European Union governing the implementation or application;".
2. Supplement article 36 with the following paragraph 11: "11") determines the order in which the internal market information system within the framework of the exchange of information between the institutions of the Republic of Latvia and other Member States of the European Union and European economic area countries institutions, as well as the institutions involved in the exchange of information and exchange of responsibility for supervising the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications in the field. "
3. Supplement article 58 with 2.1 part as follows: "(21) in the first paragraph of that institution, who are established in the internal market information system, administrative cooperation with the Member States of the European Union and European economic area countries authorities regulated profession and recognition of professional qualifications in the field of implementing the internal market information system."
The Parliament adopted the law of 7 April 2011.
