The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on lotteries and Gambling draw gaming and Lotteries Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, nr. 1, 14) as follows: 1. in article 4: the name of the article be expressed by the following: "article 4. Gambling machines and equipment tracking and certification ";
replace the first paragraph, the words "registered, certified and marked" with the words "registered and certified";
turn off the fifth;
turn off the sixth paragraph, the words "and the marking".
2. Replace article 87 of the third subparagraph of paragraph 1, the words "not certified, registered or not" marked with the words "non-certified or non-registered".
The law takes effect July 1, 2011.
The Parliament adopted the law in 2011 on April 14.
