The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the European Union's structural and cohesion funds in the law to make the European Union's structural funds and the cohesion fund management law (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2007, no. 6, no. 2, 2009; Latvian journal 2010, no 34, 135.) following amendment: Add to article 11 of the fourth subparagraph by the following: "(4) to 1 March of the current year the audit authority for the Minister of Finance shall inform, through the Cabinet for the year under review the audit results. If the audit authority is the news that the European Union's introduction of the Fund may be substantially affected, the audit authority shall inform the Cabinet immediately. "
The Saeima adopted the law on 9 June 2011.
