The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of amendment in the Prosecutor's Office of the public prosecutor's Office Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, no. 12; 1996, 5, 13 no, 9, 23; 1998. no; 2000, No 14; 2002, 13, 22 no; 2003; 2005, 15 no no 14; 2007, 10 no, no 16; 2008; 2009, 3, nr. 13; Latvian journal, 2009, no. 194; 2010, nr. 205.) following amendment: article 15: to make the first paragraph by the following: "(1) the Prosecutor shall control that focuses on crime detection and prevention in those places, which are kept in detention for arrested, detained and held, as well as the people being served with custodial sentences, and in the cases specified by law to participate in criminal proceedings relating to the implementation.";
