The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the holding of detainees in order to make arrangements for the holding of detainees in (the Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2005, nr. 21; 2007, no. 11, no. 3, 2009) the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 5 to 10 by the following: "(10) a police officer of the place of temporary detention, arrested and convicted in the control list, with due regard to the arrangements of holding in custody law and the Penal Procedure Code of Latvia stated in the correspondence control conditions."
2. To make the fifth article 7 paragraph 1 of the following: "1) mains connected to the sanitary node, from the rest of the area is delimited with the design, which provides that the health node hold visiting hours are obscured from view of other persons to the extent that guarantee his protection of privacy;".
The Parliament adopted the law of 13 October 2011.
