The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the protection of species and habitats in the law to make the protection of species and habitats (law of the Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2000, no. 9; 2005, 20. No; 2006, nr. 24; 2009, nr. 12, 14; Latvian journal, 2009, no. 194; 2010, no. 102, 205.) the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 4 with the following paragraph 18: "18) criteria specially protected habitat for the recovery of the forest and the issue of restoring order."
2. Add to article 6.1 of the first sentence, after the word "mikroliegum" with the words "and the recognition of permanent meadows and pastures on the biological value of lawn".
3. Supplement article 8 with the sixth part as follows: "(6) the specially protected habitat for the recovery of the forest in this case, when the forest is atmežot, it is necessary for the management of nature protection issued permits, if the transaction is not carried out by the management of nature conservation."
4. a add to transitional provisions with paragraph 10 by the following: "10 Cabinet until 2012 December 31 issued this law, in article 4, the provisions referred to in paragraph 18. '
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2013.
The Parliament adopted the law of 13 October 2011.
