The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment and habitat protection in the protection of species and habitats (law of the Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2000, no. 9; 2005, 20. No; 2006, nr. 24; 2009, nr. 12, 14; Latvian journal, 2009, no. 194; 2010, 102, no. 205; 2011 169. No.) following amendment: Add to the transitional provisions of paragraph 11 with the following: "11. Compensation for specially protected wild species and not a migratory species of animals suffered substantial damage is not calculated and paid in 2012 and 2013."
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
The law adopted by the Parliament in 2011 on 15 December.
