The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on general education done in the General Education Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1999, 14, 17, 21; 2000, no. 15, no. 19; 2002, nr. 24; 2004, nr. 20; 2005, no. 14, no. 22; 2007; 2008; 2009, 23 no. 2., no. 14; Latvian journal, 2009, nr. 196; 2010, 206. no; 112. No. 2011) the following amendments: 1. in article 4: turn off the 3.2 point "and" private ";
Add to article 3.3 of the following paragraph: "33) determines the order in which the State finances the work of educators who pay private educational institutions implement the children from age 5 to initiate the procurement of basic education for preschool education programs."
2. transitional provisions be supplemented with paragraph 19 by the following: "19.  in 2012, the State and local education authorities established teachers pay no premiums, but their material incentives and benefits made them paid in accordance with State and local officials and employees of the institutions of the law of compensation. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
