The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of vocational training in the vocational training Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1999, no. 14, no. 16; 2001; 2006, 21; 2007, nr. 14. no; 2009, 2., 6., no. 14; Latvian journal, 2010, 102, 205. No.) the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 31 with 2.2 and 2.3 in part as follows: "(22) public funding for vocational education of sports programmes are entitled to vocational guidance for accredited sports the education body training workout groups meet specific performance criteria in sport, as well as conditions relating to the number and age of the students. Performance criteria for sports and conditions relating to age and the number of students is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.
(23) public funding for the arts or vocational music education programmes shall have the right to be an accredited educational institution that provides the minimum number of students in the education of educational institutions in the implementation of vocational training programmes in art or music. The minimum number of students trainees of vocational guidance education in art or music is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. "
2. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 18: "18.  in 2012, the State and local education authorities established teachers pay no premiums, but educators materials stimulate and the benefits they paid in accordance with State and local officials and employees of the institutions of the law of compensation. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
