The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to modify the Patent law Patent law of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2007, no. 6; Latvian journal 2010, 174. No.) following amendment: to supplement the law with article 23.1 as follows: "article 23.1. International financial deductions for Patent activities of the Board of the European Patent Organisation and the World Intellectual Property Organization financial deductions for the granting of industrial property rights and the maintenance of the force for the territory of the Republic of Latvia is the Patent Board's own revenue. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
