The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment patients ' rights laws to make the patients ' Rights Act (Latvian journal, 2009, no. 205) following amendment: Express transitional provisions the text by the following: "this law, in article 16, the second, third, fourth and fifth and article 17 shall enter into force on January 1, 2013. Article 16 of this law the remuneration provided for in the second subparagraph shall be paid from July 1, 2013 for the damage suffered by the patient after 1 January 2013. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
