Make 52 of article as follows: "article 52. Annual report of the society (1) After the end of the accounting year in accordance with the law "on accounting" and other regulations, accounting and reporting of the sort area management board shall prepare the annual report of the society or, if the society's turnover (revenue) of economic transactions in the year does not exceed 25 000 lats and society sort of simple accounting records in the system, its parts — revenue and expenditure account and donations and gifts.

2. Express article 66 the following: ' article 66. 4. Express article 69 the first sentence as follows: "the liquidator shall take the necessary steps to organize and document of the society to surrender possession of the Latvian National Archives in accordance with the Archives Act and temporarily stored document retention and access the appropriate storage term, in agreement with the Latvian National Archives storing them."
5. Replace article 71 of the second subparagraph of paragraph 3, the words "State Archives" by the words "Latvian National Archives".
6. 7. transitional provisions supplementing paragraph 6 by the following: "6. This law amendment on article 52 of the new version which provides for associations and foundations whose turnover (revenue) of economic transactions in the year does not exceed 25 000 lats and accounting in a simple entry in the system, prepare, check and submit to the State revenue service only individual parts of the annual report — revenue and expenditure account and donations and donations of the report: , apply to associations and foundations submit the annual accounts for 2012 and subsequent years. Society and Foundation annual report for the period up to 31 December 2011 shall be submitted to the State revenue service according to the requirements of the laws which were in force until 31 December 2011. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
