The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the civil service disciplinary actions in the law to make the civil service disciplinary actions in the law of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, nr. 12; 2008, nr. 24; Latvian journal, 2010, 40 no.) the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 18, with the third part as follows: "(3) the Minister of Finance shall immediately inform the other Minister, if the Minister subordinated to the authority of the head of the proposed disciplinary law for appropriate action with the budget." 2. Supplement article 24 with 4.1 part as follows: "(41) against the disciplinary authority of the Manager, if the Financial Secretary proposes in accordance with this law, article 18, paragraph 6 of the first subparagraph, the disciplinary review the Cabinet approved a disciplinary investigation by the Commission. Panelists also include the Minister's designated person subordinated to the institution to which the head of the proposed disciplinary proceedings.
