The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: The Instrument of the International Telecommunication Union to amend the Constitution and instruments of the International Telecommunication Union to amend article 1 of the Convention. October 22, 2010, the Instrument the International Telecommunication Union for the amendment of the Constitution (constitutional amendments) and 22 October 2010 Instrument of the International Telecommunication Union to amend the Convention (hereinafter referred to as the Convention) by this law is adopted and approved.
2. article. The constitutional amendments and the amendments to the Convention obligations are coordinated by the Ministry of transportation.
3. article. Constitutional amendments shall enter into force on the International Telecommunication Union article 55 of the Constitution within the time limit laid down in the Convention and in order, the amendment shall enter into force the International Telecommunication Union in article 42 of the Convention within the time and in order, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall notify the newspaper "journal".

Smith 2012 in Riga on 1 February the instrument AMENDING the CONSTITUTION of the International Telecommunication Union (Geneva, 1992) as amended by the Plenipotentiary Conference (Kyoto, 1994), by thePlenipotentiary Conference (Minneapolis, 1998), by thePlenipotentiary Conference (Marrakesh, 2002) and by thePlenipotentiary Conference (Antalya, 2006) (the Amendments adopted by the Plenipotentiary Conference (Guadalajara, 2010)) ____ ____ ____ ____ ____ CONSTITUTION OF the INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATION UNION (Geneva, 1992) AS a Foreword By virtue of (I) and in the implementation of the relevant provision of the Constitution of the International Telecommunication Union (Geneva, 1992) as amended by the Plenipotentiary Conference (Kyoto, 1994), by the Plenipotentiary Conference (Minneapolis, 1998), by the Plenipotentiary Conference (Marrakesh, 2002) and by the Plenipotentiary Conference (Antalya, 2006), in particular those in the article 55 thereof, the Plenipotentiary Conference of the International Telecommunication Union (Guadalajara, 2010) has adopted the following amendments to the said Provision of the Constitution: CHAPTER V Others Concerning the Functioning of the Union article 28 the finances of the Union MOD 165PP-98 5. When choosing an it class of contributions, a Member State shall not reduce it by more than 15 per cent of the number of units chosen by the Member State for the period preceding the reduction, rounding down to the lower number of units to be ares in the scale, for contributions of three or more units; or by more than one class of contributions, for contributions below the three units. Preface on the basis of the relevant provisions of the International Telecommunication Union Constitution (Geneva, 1992), in which the authorised representatives, the Conference made the amendment to Kyoto in 1994, in 1998 in Minneapolis and in 2002 in Marrakesh and in 2006 in Antalya, and these provisions, in particular article 55 of the Constitution already provided through the International Telecommunication Union authorised representatives Conference in Guadalajara in 2010 has adopted the following amendments to that Constitution.
