The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: amended the weapons and special means of law to make Weapons and special means of circulation of the Act (the Latvian journal nr. 183, 2010; 112. No. 2011) follows: 1. Article 52: replace in the fifth subparagraph, the word "destroyed" by the words "shall take a decision on the destruction"; replace the seventh paragraph, the words "the destruction or the inclusion of" with the words "a decision on the inclusion of the destruction or"; turn off the eighth. 2. Make article 53 the following: "article 53. Weapons, ammunition and the destruction of the Special Fund (1) the national police shall take a decision on the transferred or withdrawn, as well as confiscated firearms, their components, great energy, pneumatic weapons destruction which is not realised or is not technical or marked, which changed the classification in which a technical or modified for film shooting, or hidden, and not to wear marked munitions or special features, if not destruction, appropriate to include the national collection of arms and ammunition. (2) Transferred or withdrawn, as well as confiscated firearms, ammunition and components, great-power pneumatic weapons, gas pistols (revolvers) and the special features of the National Security Agency destroyed. (3) weapons, ammunition and components thereof, as well as the destruction of the Special Fund shall lay down the procedure for the Cabinet of Ministers.
