The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the public procurement law to make public procurement law (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, nr. 10, 6. No; 2007; 2009, no. 17; Latvian journal 2010, 91 no). the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 16 with the fourth paragraph as follows: "(4) the centralised purchasing institution can make purchases and to organise the procurement procedure in other Member States of the European Union, a subscriber needs. In this case, the centralised purchasing institution as the requirements laid down in this law. " 2. Article 39: turn off the first parts 6, 7, 8 and 9; turn off the first part of paragraph 11 of the numbers "6, 7, 8, 9."; to turn off the second part; replace the fifth part numbers and the words "5, 6, and 7 with the words" and "and" in point 5; turn off the sixth and seventh; turn off the eighth paragraph, first sentence, the words "and the seventh part of the attestations referred to in" and the second and third sentence, the words "and the seventh". The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation. The Parliament adopted the law in 2012 on February 2. The President of the Parliament instead of the President s. Āboltiņ in Riga 2012 February 10.
