The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the Latvian Code of administrative offences in the Latvian Code of administrative offences the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 37 the fourth after the number "with" the number "165.9 159.9". 2. To supplement the code with the following wording for article 165.9:165.9 "article. Financial situation of non-compliance with the provisions of the Declaration on the economic situation in the Declaration, the Declaration and the agenda for submission to fill failure or for knowingly making a false declaration, shall impose a fine of up to two hundred and fifty lats. On the procedure and deadline for the deposit of cash savings in a credit institution, imposing fines of up to five hundred lats. " 3. Add to the first paragraph of article 215.1 after number "with" the number "165.9 165.8". The law shall enter into force on March 1, 2012.
