No.) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the fifth subparagraph of article 10 and the words "and article 8 of this law, in the fourth paragraph that income". 2. Turn off the article 12 and the ninth paragraph, the words "article 8 of this law, in the fourth paragraph that income". 3. turn off the third paragraph of article 13 and in the words "this law article 8, in the fourth paragraph that income". 4. transitional provisions be supplemented with 89 as follows: "the law on Amendment 89 article 10 in the fifth subparagraph, ninth part of article 12 and article 13, in the third paragraph, which excluded reference to article 8 of this law, in the fourth paragraph that income, the income from 1 January 2011." The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation. The Parliament adopted the law of 8 March 2012.
