The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the law of the territory development planning in areas of the development planning Act (Latvian journal, 2011, 173, 202 no) following amendment: Add to article 25 with a fifth by the following: "(5) to the binding referred to in this article to the start of the implementation of the provisions of the applicable local regulations which had been approved the previous planning, lokālplānojum or amendment." The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation. The Parliament adopted the law of 24 may 2012.
