The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on the protection of employees employers ' insolvency event ' to make the law" on the protection of employees in case of employer's insolvency (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2003; 2004, nr. 22, 2. No; 2006, nr. 5; 2007; 2008, no 3, 3 no, No 15, 2009; Latvian journal, 2009, 107. no; 2011, no. 92, 204.) the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 5 with 2.1 part as follows: "(21) If an employee has brought a legal action against the employer for recovery arising from labour relations, then this article 1, 2, 3 and 4, paragraph 12 month period replaced by the 12-month period before the employee bringing court if at the same time there is the following: 1) court order that requirement is satisfied by the employee, entered into force after the insolvency occurs or no earlier than 12 months preceding the insolvency of the employer's accession; 2) employment relationship with the employee terminated earlier than 12 months preceding the insolvency of the employer's accession. " 2. Express article 8 the first paragraph by the following: "(1) the employee claims guarantee fund holder and organizer's insolvency administration, which organizes the financial accounting and the cost recovery of employees." The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation. The Parliament adopted the law of 14 June 2012.
