The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on annual reports to make annual reports Act (Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1992, 44/45.nr.; The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1995, no. 8; in 1996, no 24; in 1998, nr. 6, 21; 2000, no. 2; 2001, no. 9; 2004, no. 2; 2005, no. 13; 2006, nr. 24; 2008, no. 13; 2009, no. 9; Latvian journal, 2009, no. 199; 2010, 40, 102, 166. No.) the following amendments: 1. Part of the "law": the terms used to express the meaning of "control" interpretation of the second sentence as follows: "individual enterprises, farmers and fishermen for the management of the holdings constitute the company or the owner or his authorised representative. '; to make the term "group" the explanations the second sentence as follows: "where one or more natural persons owning separate individual companies, farmers and fishermen holding, they do not form a group." 2. Supplement article 53.1 of the fourth subparagraph by the following: "(4) a company whose transferable securities are included in the regulated market, the Member States shall provide information, where transactions between the company and its Board members or between the public and the Board and Council member of the associated person (within the meaning of commercial law) are received in the internal audit the auditor's opinion."
3. To make the first paragraph of article 61 (1) of the following: "1) company name (merchant business) and legal address and the registration number in the trade register or the register of enterprises and operating (the main types of economic activity), stating the name and code of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006, Regulation (EC) No 1893/2006 establishing the NACE Rev. 2. statistical classification of economic activities, as well as amending Council Regulation (EEC) No 3037/90 and certain EC regulations on specific statistical domains (text with EEA relevance) , established the statistical classification of economic activities; ". 4. a add to transitional provisions with a 10.1 point as follows: "10.1 of this Act of the transitional provisions provided for in paragraph 10 of the entry into force of the amendments shall be repealed."
The law shall enter into force on 10 July 2012.
The Parliament adopted the law of 14 June 2012.
