The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of disability do Disability Act (Latvian journal 2010, 91, 205. no; no 117, 2011) the following amendments: article 12: make the first part of paragraph 4 by the following: "4) ensuring the right to pre-school education, primary education, general basic education of vocational and vocational education, general secondary education and vocational secondary education institutions (excluding special education institutions that receive living expenses from the State budget) for the learner — persons with disabilities — to receive from the State budget paid Assistant service move support and self-care;"; turn off the second part of the name and the number "and 4"; Add to article 2.1 part as follows: "(21) of the first subparagraph of paragraph 4, the Assistant service have the right to be the person with the disability group I or II on the basis of the opinion of the National Commission for special care, and a person from 5 to 18 years of age with disabilities on the basis of the opinion of the National Commission on the need for particular care due to severe functional impairment."; to make a fifth by the following: "(5) the first paragraph of this article 3 and 4 Assistant referred to in paragraph 1, as well as the requirements of the services Assistant, surdotulk referred to in point 6 of the service and the service procedure determined by the Cabinet of Ministers."; turn off the sixth part of the name and the number "and 4"; to supplement the article with the seventh subparagraph by the following: "(7) of the first subparagraph of paragraph 4, the expected Assistant service requires State budget funds calculation and allocation procedure shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers." The Parliament adopted the law in 2012 on September 13.
