From 31 March 2013 31 December 2013 article 19 of this law the conditions referred to in the sixth subparagraph shall not apply with respect to commercial electronic media national television program the supply cable subscribers. 20. This law amendment on article 1, paragraph 28 of the supplement to the third sentence and the amendment of article 72 of the supplement to the sixth and seventh subparagraph shall enter into force on January 1, 2013.
