The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law the sugar industry to make the sugar industry Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, no. 10; Latvian journal, 2008, 86 no). the following amendments: 1. the title of chapter IV, Expressed as follows: "sugar production and the provision of information". 2. (2) the Cabinet of Ministers issued regulations on exports of sugar production and sugar processing, industrial setting: 1), the authority that approved the exports of sugar producers and sugar industrial processors, as well as withdraw approval, carried out inspections of the establishments approved by it and apply the Commission of 29 June 2006, Regulation (EC) no 952/2006 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 318/2006 as regards the management of the Community market in sugar and the quota system (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation (EC) no 952/2006) in article 11, and the Commission of 29 June 2006, Regulation (EC) no 967/2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 318/2006 as regards sugar production in excess of the quota (hereinafter: Commission Regulation (EC) no 967/2006), referred to in article 13 sanctions; 2) the information required by non-quota sugar producer and industrial sugar processor shall submit to the competent authority for the preparation of the balance of sugar, in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) no 952/2006 and article 9 of the Commission Regulation No 967/2006 article 11; 3) Council Regulation No 1234/2007 article 64 of those additional fees (payment of surplus) Administration; 4) of Commission Regulation No 967/2006 and in article 13 of Commission Regulation No 952/2006 in article 11 sanctions enforcement and administration procedures. " 3. To supplement the transitional provisions with paragraph 4 by the following: "4.
