The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the national flag of Latvia Amended the law to make the national flag law of Latvia (Latvian journal, 2009, no 182) the following amendments: 1. in article 5: Add to the first part of paragraph 1, after the word "tower" with the words "and to the President of Latvia is Riga Castle residence;" make the first part of paragraph 2 and 3 as follows: "2) at Latvian State Presidential summer residence in Jurmala; 3) above the main building of the Parliament and at the main building of the Parliament; " adding to the third paragraph with the words "except this article mentioned in the fourth paragraph."; to supplement the article with the fourth and fifth by the following: "(4) on the national flag of Latvia permanent placement Riga Castle and the Tower of the Holy Spirit at the residence of the President of Latvia's response Office of the President of Latvia.
