The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the Education Act to make the Education Act of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, nr. 24; 1999, 17, no. 24; 2000, no. 12; 2001, 12, 16, 21; 2004, nr. 5. No; 2007, no. 3, 2009, 1., 2., no. 14; Latvian journal, 2009, nr. 196; 2010, no. 47, 205; 202. in 2011, no; 2012, 54, 108 no). the following amendments: transitional provisions: paragraph 30 expressing the following wording: "30. Article 59 of this law, sixth paragraph, for the financial support of local adult education shall enter into force on January 1, 2013, but for State financial support for adult education — January 1, 2015."; transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 34: "34.2013 State and local education authorities established educators redundancy benefits paid in accordance with State and local officials and employees of the institutions of the law of compensation."
