The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of disability do Disability Act (Latvian journal 2010, 91, 205. no; no 117; in 2011, 2012, nr. 157.) the following amendments: 1. in article 6: replace the second paragraph, the number "2012." with the number "2014"; replace the third paragraph, the number "13" with the number "2015.".
2. in article 12: make the first part of paragraph 2, the first sentence as follows: "persons with sight disabilities in Group I who do not receive the part referred to in paragraph 3 of the Assistant service or public benefits for disabled people who need care, ensuring the right to receive benefit for the use of assistants 10 hours a week, choosing their own specific Assistant."; replace the first subparagraph of paragraph 3, the words "except persons" with the words "and except persons who receive this part of the benefits referred to in paragraph 2 on the use of Assistant and persons"; to supplement the first part with a 3.1 point as follows: "31) persons who receive this part of the benefits referred to in paragraph 2 on the use of Assistant, ensuring the right to the shares referred to in paragraph 3 of part of Assistant services, which exceeds 10 hours a week." replace the first subparagraph of paragraph 6, the number and the words "10 hours a month" with a number and the words "120 hours per year"; make the second paragraph as follows: "(2) the first subparagraph of this article, paragraph 3 the Assistant service have the right to be the person with the disability group I or II on the basis of the opinion of the National Commission for the Assistant service need, and from 5 to 18 years of age with disabilities on the basis of the opinion of the National Commission on the need for particular care due to severe functional impairments."; turn off the third; to make the fourth subparagraph, the first sentence as follows: "the first part of this article, the benefits referred to in paragraph 2 on the use of Assistant to 2014. December 31, paid State employment agency of the European Union's policy instrument, but from 1 January 2015 benefits allocated from the national budget."; Add to article 5.1 part as follows: "(51) Cabinet of Ministers shall lay down the requirements for the Assistant who provides the first part of this article, paragraph 3 of the Assistant's services, as well as the criteria for an opinion about the need of Assistant services and service for the determination of the amount and of the first paragraph of this article referred to in paragraph 3.1, the service requirements of Assistant, Assistant, modalities of this service, as well as the criteria for an opinion about the Assistant service need and the determination of the amount of the service."; express the sixth part as follows: "(6) the first subparagraph of paragraph 3 and specified in point 3.1, the Assistant service requires State budget funds calculation and allocation procedure shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers." 3. in article 13: make the name of the article as follows: "article 13. Surdotulk the provision of services "; Add to article 1.1 part as follows: "(11) Surdotulk service interaction with other natural and legal persons have the right to be the person with the hearing loss cannot be compensated by technical AIDS and that, based on the referring physician statement, the service provider is specified by the surdotulk service."; Supplement third subparagraph following the words ' education programs learning "with the words" and the provision of access to other natural and legal persons "; to complement the fourth subparagraph following the words ' this article ' with a number and the word "and" 1.1.
