The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on especially protected natural territories" do the law "on especially protected natural territories" (Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1993, 12./; The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1997, no. 23; 2002, no. 7; 2003, no. 2; 2004, no. 2; 2005, nr. 20; 2007, no. 12; 2009, 11, no. 16; Latvian journal, 2010, 59, no. 205; 76. in 2011, no.) the following amendments: 1. the article 19: turn off the fourth part; to supplement the article with a fifth by the following: "(5) the protected area functional zone shall be determined taking into account the specially protected species and habitats favourable to the protection status provision needs as well as current economic activity and its impact." 2. Supplement article 25 with the seventh subparagraph by the following: "(7) the national scientific Institute — derived public person ' National Botanical Garden" following public administration task of managing the natural monument "Latvian National Botanical Garden". With regard to the implementation of the tasks of Government Scientific Institute, derived public person ' National Botanical Garden "is located in the environmental protection and the Ministry of regional development." 3. Turn off the transitional provisions of paragraph 7. The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2013. The Parliament adopted the law in 2012 on November 29. The President a.
