The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the city and County of the Republic Election Commission and the Electoral Commission Act of the district to make Republican city and County election commissions and election precinct Commission Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1995, nr. 12; 1998, no. 15; 2000, no. 23; 2002, no. 15; 2004, nr. 5; 2006; 2008 20 no, no. 24) the following amendments : 1. To supplement article 3 with 2.1 part as follows: "(21) if the parliamentary elections, European parliamentary elections or referenda is held simultaneously with the regular Council elections, Electoral Commission, Commission and Central precinct Election Commission established outside parties are financed from the State budget of the Central Election Commission in the order, but all the Election Commission functioning of necessary goods and services acquisition expenses and maintenance expenses are financed from the Republican town or district budget." 2. Article 21: replace the third paragraph, the words "the approved regulations" by "provisions"; Add to article 3.1 part as follows: "(31) if the parliamentary elections, European parliamentary elections or referenda is held simultaneously with the regular Council elections, the amount of electoral commissions and District President of the Commission, the Secretary and members of the Commission on the work of the Council in the preparation of elections determines the Central Election Commission under the Cabinet."
