To supplement the law with article 15 the following: ' article 15. Retirement pensioners licence (1) retirement pensions retirement pensioners are issued to the recipient's certificate. (2) the issue of the licence retirement pensioners and cancellation procedures, as well as retirement pensioners licence model is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.
