The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws of the Republic: the City Council and District Council election law to make Republican City Council and District Council elections (in the law of the Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, nr. 3, 5; 1996, 23., 24. no; 2000, no. 10, no. 1; 2001; 2002; 2004, nr. 12, no 24; 2007, nr. 11; 2008, 8., no. 22; Latvian journal, 2012, 203. No.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words "the whole Law Gazette" journal "by the words" official publication "journal". 2. Replace article 2, first paragraph, the number "13" with the number "9". 3. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 13: "13. Amendments to this law, article 2, first paragraph, the number" 13 "to the number" 9 "are applicable in determining the number of MEPs elected in local municipal elections, which will take place after the entry into force of this law."
