The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on sworn auditors" make law "on sworn auditors" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no. 12; 2004, nr. 4; 2007; 2008, 10 No No 14; 2009, no. 6; Latvian journal, 2010, 32, nr. 99; 46. in 2011, no; 2012, 56 no). the following amendments: 1. in article 6: replace the third paragraph, the words "Association" with the words "Latvian Sworn Auditors Association"; adding to the sixth part of the second sentence, after the words "Latvian Sworn Auditors Association" with the words "and the number each year to 31 March". 2. in article 22: adding to article 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 with 1.4 part as follows: "(11) within five working days after the first paragraph of this article and the receipt of the application of the Latvian Council of sworn auditors Association shall inform the applicant, certified auditor company: 1) that certified auditor commercial license motivated written refusal or the applicant, certified auditor company — will be issued this article within the time limit referred to in the second paragraph (by specifying a specific date); 2), arrangements for the arguably motivated written refusal to issue certified auditor company license. (12) where the time limit set in accordance with article 1 paragraph 1 of part a, the Latvian Council of sworn auditors Association does not give license to the applicant, certified auditor of the company, its decision on the certified auditor commercial companies issue or not issue a certified auditor commercial companies or motivated refusal of their writing to be issued, it is considered that the Latvian Council of sworn auditors Association issued the Certified Auditor Certified Auditor company commercial license, applying the law of freedom to provide services to those in default. "; Add to the second part of the sentence the following wording: "If the Latvian Council of sworn auditors Association issued the certified auditor commercial companies the license to the applicant, certified auditor company — motivated the refusal in writing, sworn auditor commercial companies license the applicant, certified auditor company — is entitled to submit new Latvian Sworn Auditors Association referred to in the first paragraph after the refusal of the application for the reasons referred to in the resolution." 3. in article 37.2: make the first paragraph by the following: "(1) the Audit Advisory Council (hereinafter Council) is a consultative body that creates and which personnel approved by the Minister of finance.
