The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of information in Geospatial make Geospatial Information Act (Latvian journal, 2009, 2010, 205 no; 205. no) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words "throughout the Act Government agency" Latvian geospatial information agency "(the fold) with the words" geospatial information agency "(fold). 2. To make article 4, second paragraph, first sentence as follows: "geospatial information agency is the Ministry of defence, under the supervision of the managing authority, the existing national policies, cartography and Geodesy geospatial information." 3. To make the fourth part of article 10 the second sentence as follows: "this operation is carried out by geodetic fees in accordance with geospatial information agency public service charge list price." 4. Supplement article 17 with the fourth paragraph as follows: "(4) in the third paragraph of this article, certain geospatial base data information accumulates geospatial base data information system. Geospatial base data information systems manager is a geospatial information agency. Geospatial base data information system maintenance and usage terms are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. " 5. the transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 16: "4. Cabinet of Ministers until 1 august 2013 does article 17 of this law the provisions referred to in the fourth paragraph." The law in the Parliament adopted 23 May 2013.
