The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on the national coat-of-arms "make law" on Latvian National coat-of-arms of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 7; 2002; 2003, 23, the No. 8. Supplement article 5, first paragraph, point 8, after the words "public service Regulatory Commission" with the words "the Council" in higher education. 2. Add to article 8 of the sixth subparagraph after the word "draws" with the words "(also as part of the emblem)". 3. Add to the first paragraph of article 8 paragraph 1, after the words "constitutional defence" with the words "the Office of military intelligence and security services".
